Please get in touch if you'd like to volunteer some time and energy to grow the work happening at Red Lotus whilst learning more about your own cyclical nature.

 

In exchange for 2.5 hours work a month, you will receive your own 1:1 cycle-led coaching session worth £50. 

 

Some suggested activities Red Lotus needs help with are:

• Read menstruality books and write a review

• Deliver posters and flyers around the local area

• Share emerging menstrual health news on the blog

• Be the Red Lotus event photographer

• Collect and present menstrual health stats

• Create the sacred area for Cycle Consciousness at events

• Website (Wix) feedback and updates
