Using apps to track your cycle and fertility

Many people use apps to track their health, including their menstrual cycles. A review (that included 300 studies of 73 apps) published in the Human Fertility Journal found that of the 73% of apps claiming to predict ovulation, only 20% were accurate in doing so. Concluding there are "severe limitations when it comes to recording menstrual-cycle variability and accurate fertility prediction".
